Here’s what we’re looking for:

We are looking for an organized and professional Content Production & Social Media Intern. You’ll help in all aspects of content publishing to help scale up our release of helpful tips and strategies to the #virtualspacehero community. This position is fully remote. To be successful as a Content Production & Social Media Intern, you must have a stable high speed internet connection and excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Writing blog posts about our #linkedinlive show
Creating images, infographics and videos to support blog posts (we use Canva)
Upload and format finished articles from Google Docs to WordPress
Creating alt text for images
Creating YouTube thumbnails
Creating, editing, and spot checking quizzes via Typeform
Light community management
Organizing images, files and folders (we work with GDrive)
Creating timestamps/chapter descriptions for videos
Scheduling videos on YouTube
Creating and updating automations to speed the whole team’s workflow (we work with GDrive, Trello and Slack)

Requirements:

Student of Marketing related degree program
Native or fluent English level in both writing and speaking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized in a remote work context
Creative Mastermind with love to details
Basic Knowledge about LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

We are looking for Virtual Events Coordinator & Program Managers to expand our freelance pool for remote associates working on Virtual Events. Virtual Events Coordinator & Program Managers will be responsible for the planning and execution of Training & Enablement events ranging in attendees up to 1.000 people.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end event from creating save-the-dates and invite to the setting up of the platform & dry runs to the day-of event logistics and post-event metrics
Conduct planning, production, operation, and management of events hosted on different platforms
Drive a project plan, lead internal cross-functional work streams, coordinate asset control and approval process with client team, proactively address/solve challenges, and ensure successful project completion
Work cross-functionally to deliver on all aspects of event: content creation, content approval, content posting/coordination, event promotions, etc.
Proactively handle any issues that arise and troubleshoot problems on event days

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in event management or other related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience successfully planning and executing training or events on different platforms
Program event management experience
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, including overseeing complex work streams across multiple functions composed of both technical and non-technical members
Excellent time management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
Skilled in creativity and outside-the-box thinking
Must be an excellent team player with great interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision

We are looking for Virtual Events Producer to expand our freelance pool for remote associates working on Virtual Events. If you’re a high performing Virtual Events production specialist who’s looking for an exciting and challenging environment to showcase your production skills, join our #heroesteam.

Responsibilities:

Assist during the preproduction process, including research, outreach, development and troubleshooting
Meet with key stakeholders to understand specifications, content and delivery expectations
Coordinating and conducting rehearsals, testing all technology to ensure a seamless event
Have serious hands-on technical experience on such platforms as ZOOM meeting and webinar, MS Teams, Webex, etc. and virtual events platforms such as Hopin, Airmeet, Runtheworld, Swapcard, Remo etc.
Experience with live broadcasts and streaming is required.
Ability to handle multi-camera switching, graphics, recording, graphic design recommendations, etc.
Be adept at working with various formats for live broadcasts, web delivery, on-demand and captioning
Detail-oriented, problem-solver who is comfortable collaborating across teams with an ability to communicate effectivel
Troubleshoot potential issues that may arise in pre-planning, live or post-production to ensure a quality customer experience
